At Prop Culture, we stand behind every photo booth prop we make. Our 5mm PVC signs are designed for long-term use, from weddings to content shoots and brand activations. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work to make it right.

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there’s an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Our props are built to last — but if something arrives damaged, contact us right away. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
