At Prop Culture, we ship all photo booth props directly from our Atlanta-based studio, where each item is carefully packed to arrive camera-ready.

🚚 How Fast Do You Ship?

  • In-stock props ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Custom orders usually ship in 2–3 weeks (after design approval).We can sometimes ship sooner based on the client's need. Please inquire if you have a deadline to make.
  • Combined shipments: If your order includes a custom prop, your entire order ships together once the custom piece is completed and ready to leave our studio.

We offer nationwide shipping across the U.S., and ship to Canada and most international destinations.

✈️ Do You Offer Rush Shipping?

Yes! At checkout, you'll see multiple options including express and overnight. On a deadline? Email us before placing your order and we’ll try to make it happen.

📍 Where Do You Ship From?

All Prop Culture orders ship from Atlanta, Georgia — if you're in the South (Houston, Charlotte, Miami, etc.), you may receive your package faster.

🌍 Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

🔎 How Can I Track My Order?

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If something looks off, contact us and we’ll help.


📦 Missing or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our studio, it is in the custody of the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx). If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, we’ll assist by filing a carrier claim. Refunds or replacements can be issued after the carrier completes their investigation and reimburses the shipment.

  • Stolen after delivery: Packages stolen after a carrier marks them delivered are not covered by the carrier or Prop Culture. These cases should be handled via a police report and/or your homeowner’s/renter’s insurance.
  • Prevention tips: Consider signature confirmation, delivery to a staffed address, or a UPS Access Point/locker for future orders.

📫 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to reroute packages once in transit, and orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address aren’t eligible for replacement or refund.
